RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Our hope is that you’ll love using your High FrequencTea Products as much as we love making them for you. In the event you need to request a refund, please email us at email@example.com. The product can be replaced within 30 days of the receipt date after meeting the requirements below:
- Products must have been unused and unopened
- The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken (in these sizes only) in order to qualify for a refund
- Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging
High Frequenctea will not cover the cost of shipping returns for the damaged or defective product. High Frequenctea will cover the cost to ship the replacement product to you.
We are not able to honor requests for product changes.
Refunds can be issued for the unused portion of the returned product only.
Refunds in the form of store-credit will be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.
High Frequenctea will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods re-shipped to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.
My return item package was lost/stolen. What do I do?
High Frequenctea can not be responsible for lost or stolen returns. We strongly encourage you to use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when shipping. Please click the link below to file a claim with USPS.
How long does it take to process returns, exchanges and/or?
Most returns and exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days from the time High Frequenctea receives the returned item.
Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent diseases. We cannot guarantee any results

We are not responsible for additional taxes added by your respective country/region.
We do not offer exchanges.
