However, I will encourage you to try to put something in your stomach before taking these, I made the mistake of taking two plus my probiotic that one time, and I had to pee so much I thought I had a UTI but when I ate, it stopped the frequent urination. I also lowered the amount, instead of taking 2 I've decided to take 1 per day I don't know maybe it was me and my body is sensitive. But I love the vitamins I will be ordering more.
