Description

Soursop leaves come from the same tropical tree that produces the sweet soursop fruit, and have a long history of traditional use in herbal teas and natural remedies. Our Soursop leaves are harvested by hand in the sunny mountains of Jamaica!

These leaves contain plant compounds such as antioxidants and other phytochemicals that may help support wellness when used as part of a balanced lifestyle.

Soursop leaf tea is commonly enjoyed for its mild, earthy flavor and soothing properties. Some individuals use it as a way to unwind or support relaxation, or to boost immunity in times of stress.

The leaves also contain naturally occurring compounds that have been studied for their potential antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, helping to support digestion and overall comfort after meals.

To brew Soursop leaf tea:

  1. Rinse about 5 leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
  2. Bring 2-3 cups water to a boil in a pot.
  3. Add the leaves to the boiling water.
  4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10–15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and allow it to steep for another 5 minutes.
  6. Strain the leaves and pour the tea into a cup.

You can drink it as is or add fresh lemon/lime juice for flavor.
